The Conference addresses a critical and escalating health challenge – the convergence of obesity, diabetes, renal, and cardiovascular diseases. By assembling primary care physicians and a multidisciplinary panel of experts, it aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of the complex interrelationships among these health conditions and to explore effective strategies for the engagement, training, and integration of primary care physicians in addressing these clinical challenges.
